La Coruna, Spain

Located facing the Atlantic Ocean, LaCoruña is a city with a history closely linked to its old fishing and commercial port. The peninsula on which stands the “Ciudad Vieja” receives, in addition to the Tower of Hercules which is one of the symbols of the city, an interesting Romanesque complex of streets, squares and medieval churches. Witness of the Roman era and built by the Emperor Trajan, the Tower is the only Roman lighthouse still in operation, and, from here, there is a crazy ocean view!
